Team building program

Team building is known as a series of outdoor or indoor activities. The purpose of this is for participants to experience scenarios to draw practical lessons afterwards. From that, attitudes and behaviours would be adjusted so that teams could work together effectively towards a common goal of the organization. Our team building could be described as one-of-a-kind, as we encourage and help youngsters to form a new mindset – a way of thinking that cherishes the environment around us, to create a balanced lifestyle, and simultaneously, to dare to dream high. We organize familiar activities such as: survival game, seeds recognition and classification game, flying kites, catching fish, cooking…

Through these activities, you are going to learn about agriculture, the countryside, villages, and celebrate childhood memories… From that, we hope you learn to know how to cherish, love, share, harmonize and rely on each other.
